The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bisnisqu from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the client’s misuse of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Account Termination

Bisnisqu reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client violates any terms stated herein
• There is misuse of services
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or through the applicable legal process.
